Lautan Food is the first company in west jakarta to engage in manufacturing the palm sugar industry an obtain a BPOM license and a marketing permint No. to sell freely throughout indonesia.

Palm Sugar is natural sugar / natural sweetener is sweetener made from sap which comes from the male flower bunches of the palm tree which is produced from water droplets of palm sugar (Enau) harvested in a measured and clean manner to get the best result form the kolang - kaling tree and processed by the farmers assisted by Lautan Food.

Palm Sugar is one of indonesia's assests in the traditional sugar (Food) sector which is well known at home and abroad.
